MOVING INDUSTRY ESTIMATOR - MOVING AND STORAGE
United Staffing Solutions a leader in the staffing industry is representing a well-established, reputable commercial & residential moving and storage company who is seeking a Senior Moving Industry Estimator. This position requires a financially motivated individual who is able to generate new business and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while developing client relationships.
Salary: $75,000-$80,000 (Depending on Experience) + commission
Benefits: PTO and Health Insurance
Hours: M-F, 9am-5pm (occasional flexibility required)
**Must have a Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Responsibilities for the Moving Industry Estimator:
- Coordinate scheduling , follow ups, and timely communication with clients
- Stay up to date with moving industry regulations, pricing models, and competitor trends
- Evaluate client needs, property details, inventory, and logistical requirements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships
- Work with dispatch, operations, and sales teams
Job Requirements
- 5 + years as an estimator in a similar industry
- Ability to meet or exceed conversion and sales goals
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (company vehicle provided)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to provide work related references
