United Staffing Solutions is looking for experienced and dedictated Physical Therapist Assistants for our client, a long term care and rehabilitation facilities in Arlington, MA and other surroudning areas.

This is a contract role

Pay: $40-45/hr depending on experience and location

Schedule: Full time, Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm with rotating weekends as needed

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions as directed by the PT
• Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress to supervising therapist
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercise programs and safety techniques
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation
• Ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Massachussetts
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• CPR certification (current)
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a clinical team
