We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Albuquerque, NM. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment focused on helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

This is a Full Time, permanent role

Pay: $44-50/hr Depending on experience and location

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 32-40, no weekend rotation needed

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled rehabilitation setting.
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs based on patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Supervise and support Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and facility standards.

• Current New Mexico Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or skilled nursing facility preferred but not required.
