Pay: $52/hour
Shift: 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with occasional weekends
Job Type: Contract / Full-time
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a healthcare facility in Seattle, Washington. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team including PTs, SLPs, and nursing staff
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and safety
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Job Requirements
- Current Occupational Therapist license (state of Washington)
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- BLS certification
