National Account Move Coordinator / Office Manager – Hybrid Schedule
Location: Stratford, CT (2 days remote / 3 days in office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am-5pm
Compensation: ~$65,000 annually (Salaried)
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry, is representing a well-established moving and storage company in their search for an experienced National Account Move Coordinator / Office Manager. This hybrid role is key to managing large-scale corporate relocations and overseeing daily office operations to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional client satisfaction.
About the Office Manager/National Account Move Coordinator Role
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate complex relocation projects while managing administrative functions. You will be the central point of communication between clients, drivers, and internal teams, ensuring every move is executed with precision.
Key Responsibilities for the Office Manager/National Account Move Coordinator:

Coordinating Corporate & National Moves: Planning and managing complex relocation projects by assessing client needs, developing customized moving strategies, and ensuring seamless execution.

Client & Team Liaison: Serving as the communication hub between clients, drivers, and the dispatch team to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.

Office Management: Supervising administrative staff, providing training, and maintaining efficient office systems for smooth daily operations.

Quality & Compliance: Monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring all work meets contractual and quality standards, and addressing compliance issues promptly.

Client Relationship Management: Maintaining professionalism and proactive communication to deliver exceptional service and strengthen client relationships.
Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in national account coordination, office management, or a similar role within the moving, logistics, or relocation industry

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

Experience with customer portal systems and Moveware or similar moving/relocation software is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
