Medical Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist

Shift: 8:30 AM–4:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Medical Front Desk Coordinator / Receptionist for a temp-to-perm opportunity at a busy medical office. Interviews are being conducted immediately.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage the check-in and check-out process
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments
• Manage provider calendars and assist with scheduling changes
• Answer multi-line phones, route calls, and respond to patient inquiries
• Verify insurance coverage and patient information
• Collect copayments and assist with basic billing and financial records
• Update patient demographics and other information in the EMR system
• Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment in a high-volume office

• Fluent Spanish and English preferred.
• 1–2 years of medical office or customer service experience
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and insurance/billing procedures
• Patient, professional, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Must be available Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
