United Staffing Solutions is looking for a Materials Supply Associate for one of our clients, a well established hospital in Manhattan, NY.

Join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting patient care through efficient materials and supply management. As a Materials Supply Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the hospital’s clinical and non-clinical departments are well-stocked and equipped to deliver exceptional service.

This is an ongoing temporary assignment.

Pay:$22/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and document deliveries accurately in the Materials Management system.
• Deliver supplies, packages, gas cylinders, and other items to appropriate locations promptly.
• Maintain and replenish inventory in clinics and nursing unit supply rooms.
• Inspect inventory for expiration and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out).
• Handle urgent supply requests and ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage physical inventory counts, prepare supplies for transport, and document transactions according to policies.
• Assist with mail distribution, clean linens delivery, and handling soiled linens.
• Support maintenance of receiving and storage areas.
