United Staffing Solutions is looking for a qualified Forklift Operator/Material Handlers to support our client in Millville, NJ. Our client is a well-established pharma packaging company and they are looking for individuals to join their team and work out of their facility in Millville, NJ.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials within our facility, ensuring timely delivery to production lines and storage areas. This position requires attention to detail, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This is a temporary to permanent position after a 30-60 day probational period.

Pay: $18.54/hr

Schedule: Full Time, rotating shifts- 12am-8am, 8am-4pm, 8pm-12am Mon-Fri

Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift to transport materials and products within the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries.
• Perform material handling activities, including picking, packing, and staging of materials for production.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

• Proven experience as a forklift operator in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Valid forklift certification/license preferred
• Must have steel toe boots/shoes, other PPE will be provided.
• Ability to operate other material handling equipment is a plus.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
