OPERATIONS MANAGER

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry, is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a well-established commercial cleaning company that specializes in installation & fire prevention to meet safety codes and avoid violations in commercial kitchens and computer server rooms. This company services the Tri-State area and is looking for a professional individual who can multi-task and a be a team player. Looking for someone preferably in a service or field-based industry.

Salary: $95,000 – $140,000, depending on experience.

Benefits: Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance.

Hours: M-F, 9am-6pm

Responsibilities for the Operations Manager:

• Collaborate with the customer service department
• Clean, repair, replace systems in commercial and non-commercial kitchens
• Hire, train, and supervise employees
• Supervise and coordinate all operational departments
• Oversee the scheduling team
• Provide regular reports and updates
• Serve as the main point of communication between departments
• Manage inventory of tools, cleaning agents, and equipment

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an operations or management role, preferably in service or field-based industries
• Looking for someone preferably in a service or field-based industry.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Thorough knowledge of safety standards and operational compliance
• Knowledge of scheduling software, CRM systems, and operational dashboards
• Able to work under pressure and adapt
• Must be able to supply 2 employment references
