Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Nursing Home
Location: New York, NY 10025
Pay: $40/hour
Shifts: All shifts available | Alternate weekends required
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
LPNs needed for nursing home coverage in Manhattan. Multiple shifts are available for experienced nurses who are committed to providing exceptional resident care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents under the direction of an RN or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate documentation and medication records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident care
Job Requirements
- Active New York State LPN license
- Long-term care or nursing home experience preferred
- Ability to work alternate weekends
- Strong communication and organizational skills
