Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – $39/hr
Location: Brooklyn, NY

We are seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Brooklyn. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, and prior experience in a nursing home setting.

Compensation: $1,625 weekly gross for 40 hours

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and physician instructions
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner
  • Monitor and record patient conditions, reporting any changes to supervising nurses or physicians
  • Assist with daily living activities and support residents’ overall well-being
  • Maintain accurate paper documentation in compliance with facility policies and state regulations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care

Job Requirements

  • Current and valid New York State LPN license
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing home experience required
  • Proficiency in completing paper documentation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
