United Staffing Solutions, a healthcare staffing industry leader, is seeking experienced LPN’s (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-year experience working in an acute care facility.

Pay: $38/hr DOE with weekly pay

7 AM to 3 PM and 3 PM to 11 PM Every other weekend (EOW) required

Responsibilities of the LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

  • Help patients with personal hygiene and care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and bowel and bladder care.
  • Record patient vital signs and weight.
  • Observe and record patients’ status, food and liquid intake, behavioral changes. Report changes to supervisor.
  • Help patients walk with canes, walkers, or other devices.
  • Make beds and maintain clean and safe environments for patients.
  • Lift, transport, and move patients using the appropriate techniques.
  • Treat all patients, family, and other visitors with respect and always engage them in a professional manner.
  • Comply with all safety and health regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Current NY LPN license.
  • Preferred one year of experience in LTC/Nursing Home setting
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Must be professional, passionate, and a team player.
