Job Description

We are seeking experienced LTAC (Long-Term Acute Care) and Med-Surg (Medical-Surgical) Nurses to join our team in Aurora, CO. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional patient care and thrive in dynamic healthcare settings, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care in a long-term acute care or med-surg unit.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patient health, administer medications, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Job Requirements

  • Active RN license in Colorado or compact state.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in LTAC or Med-Surg nursing.
  • Current BLS/ACLS certifications.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
