Job Description
LPN – Per Diem Float
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Per Diem Float position in a rehabilitation hospital setting. This position is perfect for nurses who excel in a dynamic environment and value flexible scheduling.
Location: 5401 W. Memorial Road, Oklahoma City, OK 73142
Pay Rate: $35/hour (Weekly Pay)
Contract Length: 1 Year
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and administer medications under RN supervision
- Monitor and document patient conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Float between units as needed to provide support and maintain staffing levels
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Active LPN license in the state of Oklahoma
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Full compliance with vaccination requirements (Flu and COVID declinations are not accepted)
