Job Description
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking LPNs in Staten Island, NY 10303.
- Hours: 3 Nights/Week, 12am-8am (Overnight)
- Pay: $40/hr with weekly pay
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between residents, families, day programs, physicians, and management.
- Ensure proper medication administration and monitor resident medical status.
- Communicate medical information to RN, Manager, and families.
- Oversee medication inventory, coordinate medical appointments, and maintain all necessary documentation.
- Provide hands-on training to staff as needed.
- Ensure adherence to emergency procedures and support residents with daily living and rehabilitation.
Job Requirements
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- 1+ years of experience in community healthcare preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Crisis intervention and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: I/DD training, bilingual (Spanish/English)
