Job Description
United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking LPNs for a Nursing Home in Brooklyn, NY.
Start Date: April 22
Pay: $40/hr with weekly pay – Quick Offers!
Charting: Paper-based
Shifts Available:
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM (1 position)
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (5 positions)
Schedule: 5x8 with every other weekend required.
Responsibilities of the LPN:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the nursing team
- Document patient care accurately and timely using paper-based charting
- Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene and mobility support
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
Job Requirements
- Valid NY LPN license
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum one year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Ability to work every other weekend as part of the required schedule
- Strong communication and organizational skills
