Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse – Nursing Home
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Pay: $39/hour | 5x8 shifts | Weekly pay
Schedule (Evening & Night shifts, Every Other Weekend):
- Night: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM (4 positions)
- Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM (4 positions)
- Day: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM (5 positions)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a nursing home setting.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor and report patient condition changes to nursing staff.
- Assist residents with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate paper documentation of all patient care.
Job Requirements
- Active LPN license in NY.
- Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a nursing home setting.
- Strong professionalism and communication skills.
- Ability to work assigned shift schedule including every other weekend.

- This location does not use EPIC; all documentation is on paper.
