United Staffing Solutions is seeking a motivated Industrial Shop Supervisor for one of our clients, a shipping containter modifaction and fabrication shop in Newark, NJ.

This individual will play a key role in overseeing workflow and processes, managing employees, and ensuring efficiency in day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will have prior contstruction and/or industrial shop experience.

Pay: $25-27/hr

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm plus OT as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising shop employees and daily operations
• Oversee workflow and ensure process efficiency
• Support material transport from the warehouse
• Inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or shop environment
• Valid Drivers License
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
• Forklift experience required (Valid license preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
