United Staffing Solutions is representing an Hydryaulic Equipment company in Mount Vernon, NY who is looking to expand their team.

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Hydraulic Hose Assembler. This is a long-term opportunity to grow from an entry-level position into a skilled technician and customer service role.

Pay: $20-23/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm with OT as needed

Responsibilities:

• Learn to assemble hydraulic hose assemblies.
• Work with components used in construction and manufacturing equipment, including hoses, pumps, valves, and cylinders.
• After mastering hose assemblies, receive training in cylinder, pump, and valve repair.
• Communicate with customers via phone and in-person (English required, other languages welcome).
• Take sales calls, look up cost prices, calculate sales prices, write sales orders.
• Receive and stock incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and ship outgoing orders.
• Provide friendly, personalized service at our sales counter.

• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the hydraulics industry.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Good penmanship and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or mechanical experience is a plus, but not required.
