Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg / Tele
Location: Smithtown, NY
Pay: $2,355 gross/week (36 hours)
Shift: Nights
Job Type: Contract
Med Surg / Tele RN needed for night shift coverage.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and patient status
- Administer medications and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate documentation
Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- Med Surg and telemetry experience
- BLS (ACLS preferred)
