Location: Queens, NY

We are seeking an experienced RN Instructor to support workforce development, staff education, and clinical training initiatives throughout Queens, New York. This role focuses on training support, competencies, and educational development within home care and community-based healthcare settings.
Responsibilities
- Conduct staff trainings, competencies, and educational sessions
- Support workforce development and clinical education initiatives
- Provide instruction on policies, procedures, and patient care standards
- Evaluate staff performance and competency completion
- Maintain training records and documentation
- Travel throughout Queens for training and competency sessions
Job Requirements
- Active New York State RN license
- Experience in home care or community-based healthcare
- Experience conducting trainings, staff education, or instruction preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within Queens as needed
