OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST – PEDIATRIC - FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry has the pleasure of assisting a successful, prestigious Manhattan private school who is seeking an experienced school based Occupational Therapist for children from 8-10 years old.

Salary - $85,000-$88,000, depending on experience

Excellent benefits package – Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K

Hours – Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm. This position also offers a Part-Time schedule as well.

Responsibilities for the Occupational Therapist:

• Evaluate students needs for occupational therapy
• Provide therapy to students
• Compile daily session notes
• Execute progress reports and IEPs
• Work with families and school staff

· Must have a valid and current license and/or certification to practice in New York State

· Ability to provide your National Provider Identification (NPI) number

· Must have prior experience working with children with special needs

· Highly skilled in the IEP process

· Ability to work with parents, teachers and faculty

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Must be able to provide 2 employment references
