Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Nursing Home
United Staffing Solutions is hiring experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a well-established nursing home facility in Manhattan. We are looking for dependable professionals with at least 6 months of relevant experience in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
Location: New York, NY 10040
Pay Rate: $45/hour with weekly pay
Shifts Available:
- All shifts
- Must be able to commit to an initial 5-day orientation schedule (details below)
Orientation Schedule (Mandatory):
- Day 1 & 2: Classroom training from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Day 3, 4, 5: Buddy shift (Day shift)
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN or physician
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Support residents with daily care in accordance with individualized plans
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Job Requirements
- Active LPN license in New York
- Minimum 6 months of LPN experience, preferably in a nursing home
- Ability to work scheduled shifts and complete the required orientation
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
