Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – $45/hr
Location: New York, NY 10040
Shifts: All shifts available (Day, Evening, Overnight, Weekends)

We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in New York, NY (10040). This position offers $45 per hour and immediate openings across all shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the patient care plan
• Monitor patient health and report changes to supervising RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care

• Valid New York State LPN license
• Current CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
