Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 1:1 Case
Location: Nassau County, NY
Pay: $45/hour
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
LPN needed for 1:1 patient care coverage in Nassau County, New York.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one nursing care to patient in home or community setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Support patient comfort and daily care needs
Job Requirements
- Active NYS LPN license
- Previous pediatric or home care experience preferred
- BLS certification
- Strong communication and organizational skills
