Location: Fort Defiance, Arizona
Shifts: Days and Nights (schedule varies)
Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
Pay:

• 36 hrs/week: $2,542
• 48 hrs/week: $3,286

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality medical-surgical care in Fort Defiance, AZ. The RN will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a dynamic hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, monitoring, and documentation of patient conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies.

• Current RN license in Arizona.
• Experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including day and night shifts.
