We are seeking dedicated and reliable General Laborers/Movers to join our dynamic team. This role involves physically assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of goods, equipment, and furniture in various settings. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in manual labor, customer service, and logistical operations while contributing to smooth and successful moves for our clients.

This is a temporary, on-call, position.

Pay: $25/hr

Schedule: varies based on project, shifts would be during the day.

Duties

• Safely lift, carry, and move furniture, boxes, and equipment according to established safety protocols
• Load and unload trucks or storage containers efficiently while ensuring items are secure during transit
• Assist with packing, wrapping, and protecting items to prevent damage during transportation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area before, during, and after moving tasks
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate moving schedules and address any concerns
• Support additional tasks such as inventory management, equipment setup, or site cleanup as required

• Physical strength and stamina to perform demanding manual labor tasks over extended periods
• Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to lifting, moving, and handling heavy items
• Ability to follow instructions precisely while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks
