United Staffing Solutions is looking for manual snow removal workers during winter weather events. This role focuses on clearing snow using hand tools and walk-behind equipment to keep properties safe and accessible.

This is a temporary position based on weather and other factors.

Must be comfortable with heavy manual labor and working in outside weather conditions.

Pay: $20-23/hr depending on experience

Schedule: TBD, starting as soon as Sunday 2/1.

Responsibilities:

• Remove snow from sidewalks, walkways, stairs, ramps, and entrances
• Operate shovels, manual snow blowers, and manual push plows
• Apply ice melt or salt as needed
• Work efficiently during active snowstorms and post-storm cleanups
• Follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions

• Ability to perform physical labor in cold, snowy conditions
• Ability to safely operate manual snow removal equipment
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Dependable, punctual, and available on short notice
• Snow removal or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
