Controller – Comptroller – Director of Finance – Chief Accounting Officer

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in staffing, is representing a well-established and growing single-use food packaging and cup manufacturer in their search for an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join their team. This is a direct hire/permanent position with benefits.

The Controller position is fully on-site at the conveniently located office in Piscataway, NJ. Salary is $100k-$130k depending on experience and qualifications.

The Controller would focus on overseeing the financial operations, budgeting, developing competitive compensation plans, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and helping to guide the company’s financial strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• 6-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of financial software and systems
• The ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and solve complex financial problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
