Data Coordinator - Financial Analyst

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in staffing, is representing a well-known media company seeking a data coordinator to support their VP Facilities Strategy, Support Services, Catering, Operations, and Technology. This is a temporary role and has the possibility of being long term or possibly becoming permanent.

This is a fully in-office position located at the client’s iconic Midtown Manhattan HQ. Schedule is generally Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Pay is $30-40/hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities for the Data Coordinator / Financial Analyst:

• Answering phones, responding to emails
• Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for Catering Services including guest count, participation, profit and loss, product cost, etc.
• Data Analysis – Forming and tracking data reports, recognizing any anomalies or changes in patterns of employee behavior/practices.
• Creating presentations to summarize or make recommendations with data findings and visualizations.
• Working with the Data & Finance teams, assisting them when needed
• Working with upper management in a large corporation
• Other assignments as directed by management

• At least 2 years of experience working in an office environment performing administrative tasks and generating reports
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience with hospitality or food service is a plus, not a must
• Experience working with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• MS Excel experience must include: filters, pivot tables, VLookup, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be detail oriented and able to follow instructions carefully
• Flexible, team-player attitude is a must.
• Well-organized and diligent record keeping skills
• Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as a condition for work per company policy.
