We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Servers to join our dynamic team. In this role, Event Servers will serve breakfast/lunch in a corporate setting as well as other tasks as needed.

Pay: $19/hr

Schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs 11am-3pm

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests during events, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with established food safety standards.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and decorations as needed.
• Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, enhancing overall guest relations.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of menu items and catering options to effectively communicate with guests.
• Adhere to all safety protocols related to food handling and serving.

• Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
• Culinary experience or banquet experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional and friendly demeanor is a must
