We are seeking 40 experienced Registered Nurses to join the Emergency Department at a Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a high-acuity setting while earning competitive pay.

Pay: $80-$90/hr with weekly pay
Shift: 12-hour shifts, 24/7 coverage (rotating shifts as needed)
Contract: 6-month assignment with potential extensions

Responsibilities:

• Triage and provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care
• Monitor patient condition and document care accurately
• Respond quickly to emergencies and perform life-saving interventions when needed

• Active RN license (New Mexico or compact state)
• Minimum 3 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (TNCC preferred)
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations
