Emergency Room RN – Contract Position

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Department team in Fort Defiance, AZ. This contract role is ideal for ER nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
Unit: Emergency Room (ER)
Shift: 12-Hour Mid Shift (3:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
Flexibility Required: Must be willing to work other shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
Pay Rate: $75/hour

Contract Type: Full-time Contract

Responsibilities:

• Deliver immediate and effective care to patients experiencing acute medical conditions or trauma
• Triage and prioritize patient care in a high-acuity setting
• Administer treatments and medications in accordance with physician orders
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated and timely patient care
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

• Active RN license (Arizona or compact state)
• Minimum of 1 year recent Emergency Room experience
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• TNCC certification preferred
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and multitasking skills
