Pay: $2912/week

Responsibilities of the Emergency Room Nurse:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients upon arrival in the Emergency Room.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and medical histories accurately.
- Provide immediate care for patients experiencing medical emergencies, including cardiac events, trauma, and other urgent health issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department.

- Current CA Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Experience in an Emergency Room or critical care setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set) documentation is a plus.
- Skills in infant care, toddler care, senior care, occupational health, urgent care, and cardiac catheterization are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in medication administration and managing medical records is essential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
