United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry has the pleasure of assisting a successful, well-established Daycare Center/School who prides themselves on nurturing children and working closely with families. They offer a variety of programs and services including an infant & toddler program, 3K & Pre-K and Jr. Kindergarten. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coaching, supporting the planning and implementation of the curriculum, and the care and instruction of the enrolled children.

• You will be reporting directly to the Education Director.
• Must have a licensed, insured vehicle.

Salary: $45,000-$60,000 depending on experience

• This is a 12-month program

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities for the Education Specialist:

• Assist in providing instructions and guidance to parents & teachers
• Follow curriculum established by DOE & DOH
• Maintain deadlines and compliance for various programs
• Establish and successfully maintain functional working relationships
• Provide accurate information as requested
• Ability to effectively work with families

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or infant/toddler studies
• Must be NYS certified in Early Childhood or Elementary Education
• 1-2 years of ABA experience
• 1-2 years of teaching or social services program experience
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Provide excellent customer service
• Highly motivated team player exhibiting positive energy and professionalism
