We are seeking a dedicated Head Teacher for a special education school in New York, NY. This role involves leading a classroom and supporting students with special needs in a structured learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead classroom instruction and daily educational activities
- Support students with special education needs
- Supervise classroom staff and maintain a structured environment
- Develop and implement lesson plans
- Communicate with staff and families regarding student progress
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment
Job Requirements
- Experience working in a school or special education setting
