PRESCHOOL TEACHER – DAY CARE

United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the staffing industry has the pleasure of assisting a successful, well-established day care center for infants-pre-k. The staff provides a warm, healthy and nurturing environment to enable children to learn and grow. They have an opening for a 3 year old class and a 4 year old class.

Salary - $60,000-$70,000, depending on experience

Benefits: Paid Holidays

Days/Hours: M-F, 8:00a.m. - 2:30p.m.

Responsibilities for the Preschool Teacher:

· Create lesson plans

· Monitor and analyze each student’s progress related to communication, academics, behavior and social skills

· Work with service providers, parents and the multidisciplinary team

· Must be BA certified – Birth - 2nd grade teaching certificate or BA in Early Childhood Education with 2 years’ experience working in a permitted preschool program. Or study plan eligible with a BA in related field as well as be currently enrolled in a MA program leading to Early Childhood Education.

· Minimum of 1-2 years previous experience teaching preschool students

· Ability to work with parents, teachers and faculty

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to provide 3 work related references
