Early Intervention Speech Therapist / SLP – 1099

We are seeking a fully licensed Speech Therapist / Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide Early Intervention services to children ages 0–3 in Paterson and surrounding areas.

This position provides significant scheduling flexibility. Therapists can choose their own caseload and schedule appointments around their availability and participating families' schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized speech and language therapy to children ages 0–3
• Support communication and developmental goals
• Provide services directly in children's homes
• Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support continued development
• Complete 45 minutes of active therapy followed by 15 minutes for documentation and goal tracking
• Collaborate with the case management team when support is needed

• Fully licensed and certified to practice Speech Therapy in New Jersey
• Must successfully meet background clearance requirements
• Pediatric or Early Intervention experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and family education skills
• Ability to independently manage a flexible caseload
