United Staffing Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Dough Maker for a fast-paced specialty frozen food manufacturer. This is a hands-on production role responsible for preparing, cutting, and shaping dough while supporting overall production operations.

This is temporary to permanent position. Training is included.

Pay: $17-19/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, portion, and shape dough according to product specifications.
• Operate production equipment safely and correctly, including presses, mixers, and other machinery.
• Assist with various production activities as needed.
• Count, separate, and weigh different types of products accurately.
• Follow product specifications, work instructions, and established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all cleaning and sanitation program procedures.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Work independently after completing training while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to remain focused, agile, and perceptive in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to understand and follow directions, instructions, and product specifications.
• Ability to safely and correctly operate production equipment.
• Ability to lift and move up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to reach and move items from approximately 6 feet high to 6 inches low.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately count, separate, and weigh products.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision after training.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be punctual, dependable, and efficient. Reliability is a must.
• Stable, long-term employment history preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
