Job Description
United Staffing Solutions is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a container manufacturing/distribution company in Newtown, CT. Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information, answering questions, and helping resolve any technical issues.
Candidates should be very friendly, professional, comfortable communicating via phone and email, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Pay: $17-18/hr
Schedule: Full Time Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails regarding customer inquiries
- Provide product and service information to prospective and existing customers
- Troubleshoot any product issues or concerns
- Track and document customer records
- Maintain a knowledge base on various products and services offered
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of prior customer service, sales, or related experience
- Prior B2B experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and related programs
