United Staffing Solutions, a leader in staffing, is representing a very successful electronics and photography/videography retail store located in Midtown West is seeking Customer Assistance Reps to join their team.

This position includes cashier and customer service responsibilities as well as dealing with specialized customer issues and solutions.

The schedule is 5 days a week between Sunday-Friday. No Saturdays. Hours are typically 10 am-7 pm. Fridays 9 am-2 pm and Sundays 10 am-5 pm are required.

Pay: $18/hr

Responsibilities for the Customer Assitance Rep:

• Assisting customers in a retail setting
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by answering questions regarding store products and services
• Using a POS system
• Cash and card handling
• Data entry

• At least 1 year of experience working in a retail environment
• Experience with POS is a plus, not a must
• Excellent customer interaction skills. Must be kind, courteous, and energetic.
• Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced and high-volume, fast-paced environment
