Healthcare Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist - Staffing Agency

United Staffing Solutions is a well-established Staffing agency entering a rapid growth stage and seeks to add determined, and creative Recruiters to their Behavioral Health and Nursing team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter would be responsible for recruiting Nurses, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, lab techs, behavioral health workers, DSPs, Social Workers, and other healthcare and behavioral health professionals. We are seeking junior, mid-level, and experienced candidates. We are willing to train candidates with minimal recruiting or healthcare experience.

Generous compensation package based on experience and qualifications includes base pay up to $50k (depending on experience) and uncapped commission for placements from day one. For successful candidates, 30, 60, and 90-day bonuses are available if goals are reached.

This is a fully in-office position Mon-Fri at our convenient Midtown Manhattan location between Grand Central and Penn Station.

Responsibilities for the Recruiter Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Full-cycle Recruitment
• Recruiting for various healthcare positions mainly in the NY metro and tri-state area
• Sourcing, screening and writing ads, scheduling, interviewing, presenting and submitting, follow up, etc.

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1 year or more experience Sourcing, Screening and Scheduling, Recruiting, or Human Resources
• Staffing agency or temp staffing experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Healthcare or Behavioral Health recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work as a team or independently, a self-starter
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and ability to change gears quickly according to shifting priorities
