Salary: $103,400–$120,000 per year (depending on experience) plus excellent benefits package

Schedule: Monday–Thursday 9am–4pm, Friday 9am–6pm; occasional weekend flexibility

United Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced banking professional for a confidential client, a well-established financial institution in the New York City area.

 

We’re looking for a Client Services & Operations Manager to oversee the bank’s internal service and support functions. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving processes, training staff, and ensuring operational excellence across departments.

 

Responsibilities for the Service and Support Manager:

  • Overseeing internal training programs for bank staff
  • Coaching, motivating, and developing team members
  • Collaborating with Operations, IT, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and streamline processes
  • Leading and managing the service and support department
  • Supporting other functional areas within the bank as needed
  • Conducting annual performance reviews and providing ongoing feedback
  • Ensuring compliance with all bank policies and regulatory standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in retail banking, operations, or call-center management
  • 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, core banking systems, and ticketing software
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to other branch locations
  • Ability to provide three professional references
