We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse (Registered Nurse) for a full-time position in Staten Island, New York. This role is ideal for a strong clinical nurse with prior leadership or supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight during assigned shifts
- Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality patient care
- Coordinate patient care and support daily unit operations
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of care
Job Requirements
- Active New York State RN license
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Current CPR certification
