United Staffing Solutions, a leader in the healthcare staffing industry, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNAs in Hadley, MA 01035. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients, assisting with their daily needs and ensuring their comfort and safety. This healthcare center provides long term care services, short stay care, traditional care services, rehab services and speciality services.

Pay: $21/hr with weekly pay

Shift: 7 am-3 pm

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record vital signs to ensure patient health is maintained.
• Provide compassionate care to patients with varying needs, including those with infectious diseases and children.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation of patient care and progress.
• Support nursing staff in delivering quality care by following established protocols.
• Engage with patients to provide emotional support and companionship.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for all patients.

• Active CNA License in the state of Mass
• Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and basic patient care techniques.
• Experience working in senior care facilities or with dementia patients is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with medical documentation systems such as Epic is a plus.
• Experience in a Level I or Level II Trauma Center is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to provide care for children is considered an asset.
