Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and feeding
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient care
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Document care provided in accordance with facility protocols

• Valid New York State CNA certification
• Current CPR certification
• At least 6 months of experience preferred
• Dependable and compassionate
• Ability to work evening and night shifts as scheduled
