Job Type: Per Diem
Pay Rate: $23 per hour with weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Ensure residents’ safety and comfort at all times
• Record and report changes in residents’ health conditions to the nursing staff
• Help maintain a clean and organized living environment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents

• Active Connecticut CNA certification
• Previous experience in a long-term care or rehab setting preferred
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Dependable and compassionate work ethic
