United Staffing Solutions is representing a prestigious event company who is looking for Carpenter Helpers / Laborers to join a dynamic and creative event production team! Our client specializies in building custom stages, scenic backdrops, and set pieces for high-profile events including graduations, weddings, corporate functions, parties, and more.

Pay: $23-26/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Varies depending on event scheudle, nights/weekends may be required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist lead carpenters and event crew with building and assembling stages, platforms, and event sets.
• Load, unload, and transport tools, lumber, hardware, and event materials to and from job sites.
• Help install flooring, draping, scenic elements, backdrops, and other decor features.
• Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
• Follow build instructions and layout plans to ensure accurate setup and teardown.
• Maintain a clean, organized worksite and assist in inventory control.
• Support event load-ins and load-outs on tight timelines.

• Prior experience in construction, carpentry, stagehand, or general labor a plus.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in fast-paced environments.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and measuring tape preferred.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends as needed.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset is essential.
