Pay: $75/hr

As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic CT scans to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Your role involves operating CT equipment, preparing and positioning patients, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality imaging results. Here are the key responsibilities:

• Greet and prepare patients for CT scans, explaining procedures and ensuring their comfort.
• Verify patient information and medical history to ensure accurate and safe imaging.
• Operate CT scanners to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
• Monitor and adjust equipment settings to optimize imaging parameters.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines and protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.

• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT.
• Maryland state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist.
• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience as a CT Technologist preferred.
• Familiarity with GE or Siemens CT equipment is a plus.
