Job Description

United Staffing Solutions is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in Brooklyn, NY. The Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care under the supervision of nurses and medical staff. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives and gain valuable healthcare experience.

Pay: $22/hr

All shifts available - part time and full time

Responsibilities of the Certified Nursing Assistant

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Take vital signs and record patient information
  • Help patients with mobility and transfers
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families
  • Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patients
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in healthcare settings such as hospice care, medical-surgical, long term care, memory care, inpatient, clinic, or similar environments is preferred
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus
  • Active NYS CNA License
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and medical documentation is advantageous
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
